What data we collect
- Account: email, first and last name and, if you add them, company, work area and profile photo. If you sign in with Google, Apple or Microsoft, we receive from them only the data needed to sign you in; your password stays with them.
- Photos and versions: the photos you upload, the improved versions and the files’ technical information.
- Comments: the notes you write or dictate to ask for a retry, with their transcription.
- Purchases and invoices: packs purchased, credits and billing details. Card details are handled by the payment provider, not by us.
- Support: the messages you send us.
- Technical data: access and security logs needed to run and protect the service.
Why we use it
- To provide the service you ask for: uploading, scoring, improving and downloading photos. [legal basis: performance of a contract, to be confirmed]

- To answer support requests and protect the service from abuse.

Your photos are never used for advertising, on our website or on social media. We do not train artificial intelligence models on your photos. Any use other than those described here would require your explicit permission.
Who we share it with
Only with the providers needed to run the service, and only with the data each one needs: for example, we send the AI provider the photo and the retouching instructions, not your account or payment details. We ask AI providers not to use the photos, neither the ones we send nor the results, to train their models.

How long we keep it
- Active photos and versions: as long as they stay in your account, with no expiry.
- Trash: deleted photos and properties stay in the Trash for 30 days, then they are deleted. You can restore them or delete them right away.
- Voice recordings: 30 days from sending, unless an open support case involves them. The comment text stays with the photo.
- Closing your account: you confirm it through an email link; after confirmation we start deleting your data and your photos, including internal working copies.
- Backups: deleted data leaves the encrypted backups within 30 days.
- Invoices and accounting data: for the period required by law, even after the account is closed. [duration to be confirmed with the accountant]
We never delete photos you have exported to Google Drive, OneDrive or other services.
Your rights
You can ask at any time to access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict its use, object to its processing and receive a full copy of your data in a readable format. You can download your photos yourself whenever you like; for a full copy of your account, write to support or to the privacy contact. If you believe your data is being handled improperly, you can lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
