Is Dimorio free to try?
Yes. Dimorio is in beta and free to try. Create an account, follow the short tutorial on a sample photo (it uses no credit), then enhance your own photos. When you confirm your email you get 1 free credit, with no card required. Credit packs are not on sale yet.
What is a credit, and how do retries work?
One credit buys one enhancement of one photo, plus up to two free retries on that same photo if the result doesn’t convince you. After that, a new generation uses a new credit. Credits never expire. The planned packs cost €9 for 10 photos, €14 for 20 photos and €32 for 50 photos, VAT included. See pricing.
What is the quality check?
Right after you upload, every photo gets an instant check and a colour: green, yellow, orange or red. Tap the colour to read why. It helps you decide which photos are worth a credit and which are better retaken.
Which photos can I upload, and what are the limits?
JPEG, PNG, WebP and HEIC/HEIF, up to 25 MB per file, 12,000 pixels per side and 80 megapixels. You can import up to 100 photos at a time. Uploading uses no credits, and you can keep up to 100 not-yet-improved photos in your account. We store photos at up to 4096 pixels on the long side and never upscale smaller ones. If a file doesn’t work, we tell you photo by photo.
Are my original photos changed?
No. The original is never overwritten. Every enhanced version is added next to the original and stays available, and you can always download the exact original.
Does Dimorio add things that aren’t in the photo?
No. Dimorio is built to never add objects and never change the architecture. It works on light, colour, sky, water, clutter, perspective and privacy. If a result may have a problem, we flag it next to the photo. AI can still get it wrong, which is why every result has a Report button.
What does the Report button do?
Every result has a small Report button. Use it if the photo didn’t improve, if something was added that wasn’t there, or if the geometry changed, like a new window or a moved edge. We use reports to fix problems and improve the service.
What if I don’t like the result?
Slide between the original and the enhanced version. You have up to two free retries per photo: write what is wrong, for example “keep the window on the left,” and the new version will take it into account. If an enhancement isn’t delivered because of a technical error, the credit isn’t used.
What can I download?
JPEG files. For each photo you can take the original or the AI-enhanced version, with or without your logo, one at a time or all at once. You can also build a ready pack: pick the original or the enhanced version for each photo, then download the set.
How do I add my logo?
Upload your logo once, at the start or later in your profile. When you download, choose “With logo” and Dimorio applies it to the downloaded photos. The versions without a logo always stay available.
Can I get a refund?
Packs are not on sale yet. Once they are, refunds will go through support: write to us with the purchase details and we usually reply within two business days. If you are a consumer, your statutory right of withdrawal applies. If you close your account, unused credits are not refunded automatically. Read the terms.
Who sees my photos?
Your photos are private. We use them only to provide the service, for support and to improve our retouching process internally. We never use them for advertising, on our website or on social media. We choose AI providers that don’t use them to train their models. Read the privacy policy.
How long do you keep my photos?
Active photos stay in your account with no expiry. If you delete a photo or a property, it goes to the Trash for 30 days: you can restore it or delete it for good right away. If you close your account, you confirm it through an email link and we then delete your data; backup copies are removed within 30 days. Voice recordings of comments are kept for 30 days, invoices for as long as the law requires. For a full copy of your data, write to support.
Are the photos marked as edited with artificial intelligence?
Yes. Every enhanced photo you download carries a label that marks it as edited with AI, as required by Article 50 of the EU Artificial Intelligence Act (AI Act). Retouching changes light, colour, sky, water, clutter and privacy, but never invents rooms, windows or views. Read the AI content page.
