What we edit
- Light and color: brighter rooms, softer shadows, truer colors between lamps and windows.
- Sky: a gray or washed-out sky turns clear.
- Water: murky pool water turns clear again.
- Clutter: loose, movable objects such as toys, bags or boxes are removed.
- Lines: crooked verticals are straightened and the frame is leveled.
- Privacy: family photos and other personal details are blurred.
What we never invent
- Rooms, walls, doors, windows, stairs or other fixed features that are not there. We don’t remove the ones that are, either.
- Extra space: a room never gets bigger than the one in the photo.
- New furniture or furnishings: the furniture stays the home’s own.
- Different views: a window onto the courtyard stays a window onto the courtyard.
The original of every photo is never overwritten: you can always compare it with the improved version and download it. Before you publish a listing, check that the photo represents the property faithfully. If a result may have a problem, we flag it next to the photo.
Check and report
Results are compared with the original, and if one may have a problem we flag it next to the photo. AI can still get it wrong, so every result has a small Report button. Use it when the photo didn’t improve, when something was added that wasn’t there, or when the geometry changed, like a new window or a moved edge.
The label on downloaded photos
Every improved photo you download from Dimorio carries a label in the file’s data, readable by computer systems, that marks it as edited with artificial intelligence. This is what Article 50 of the EU Artificial Intelligence Act (AI Act) requires.
